XI. Party Congress of the SED On the occasion of the XI. Party Congress of the Socialist Unity Party of Germany, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the German Democratic Republic issued four multicolored special postage stamps and a block. Special cancellation from April 8 to May 7, 1986 XI. Party Congress of the Socialist Unity Party of Germany As decided by the 9th session of the Central Committee of the SED in November 1984, the XI. Party Congress of the Socialist Unity Party of Germany take place. "As is customary in our country," Erich Honecker said at the 10th session of the SED Central Committee in June 1985, "the XI congress will also take stock of the work done so far and make an in-depth analysis of the concrete situation to make the future decisions. " At the heart of the work of the XI. Party Congress of the SED will be the elaboration of concrete socio-strategic steps to continue in the second half of the eighties in the GDR to shape the developed socialist society and at the same time do everything to secure peace. To the XI. Party Congress of the SED appears an issue with five values. The value of 10 Pfennig points to the unshakable foundation of the social strategy of the SED - Marxism-Leninism. Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels recognized that with the emergence of capitalism at the same time the fundamental possibility of humanity had arisen to overthrow the capitalist society of exploitation in a long-term historical process and to establish the exploitation-free socialist society. In the analysis of the capitalist situation in the 19th century, they developed theoretical and strategic insights for this path. W. I. Lenin - at the head of the Bolsheviks - led the Russian workers, peasants and soldiers to the first victorious socialist revolution. In a convincing way, the findings of Marx and Engels confirmed as a guide to revolutionary action. At the same time, Lenin expanded his wealth of experience with fundamental strategic experiences. An essential reason for the successful policy of the SED from the first day is the constant consistent and creative application of Marxism-Leninism.
