From August 3 to 13, 1951, the 7th World Scout Meeting took place in Ischl, the metropolis of the Salzkammergut. More than 15,000 Boy Scouts from all over the world came together to demonstrate the will of the younger generation for peaceful coexistence. A symbolic meeting of young people whose fathers were still hostile to each other on the fronts of the Second World War. Founded by General Baden-Powell in August 1907 on the island of Brownsea with 20 boys, the scout organization grew to world-embracing greatness through the fundamental idea of its spiritual program. On a dark background in a frame surrounded by ornaments, the brand image shows the badge of Austria's Scouts - a stylized lily bearing the coat of arms of the Austrian coat of arms - with a light tint showing a section of the globe as a symbol of the world-wide idea of Scouting.
