New Postage Stamp Series The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the German Democratic Republic issues two more values ​​of the new postage stamp series. The Neptune Fountain, created in 1891 and very soon becoming popular for its visual appeal, is the work of the sculptor Reinhold Begas. The experiment succeeded in putting it in a new place, as the completion of the cascade staircase at the foot of the Fernsehturm Umbauung, to the new architecture, especially the Rathaus- and Liebknechtstraße in a complementary relationship.
