Overall, the exhibition in Zella-Mehlis will once again demonstrate how philately as a part of cultural folklore can prove useful in youth work, to impart knowledge and insights, to help educate and educate young socialists. The organizer of the exhibition is the Philatelistenverband in the cultural association of the GDR.
