Shown from front to back: the flags of England, Switzerland, the Federal Republic of Germany, France, Saarland and the flag of the Saarmesse. Since November 20, 1947, the French currency was 1 Franc = 100 centimes on the Saarland stamps. the editorial board therefore records the nominal values of catalog numbers 226 to 378 in centimes.
