50 years ago the so-called Stonewall uprising took place in New York, in which homosexuals and transgender people resisted the police for the first time. On this occasion, the post-internal RAINBOW network initiated the issue of a special stamp. The Stonewall uprising triggered worldwide movements, which today are summarized under the abbreviation LGBTI+; it stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersexual, the plus for "Queer". Swiss Post has two networks that deal with diversity issues: MOSAICO (language and cultural diversity) and RAINBOW (LGBTI+). Swiss Post is thus nothing more than a mirror of our society: not only four languages and cultures are lived in Switzerland, but countless subcultures of all kinds. Due to the social relevance of this topic, the postal organizations of Switzerland and Liechtenstein have decided to publish a joint issue. The Swiss subject with a tax value of 100 focuses on the coexistence of different life throws: they intertwine like pieces of a puzzle. In the 85er motif designed by the Liechtenstein Post Office, the cultural and sexual diversity is represented by a colourfully illustrated crowd of people.
