The rescue service in the Federal Republic of Germany is under the Basic Law in the area of ​​responsibility of the federal states. The reason for this is that a special focus of all efforts of the Foundation is dedicated to the improvement of the Notmeldewesens. Their initiatives have contributed to a solution to the financing problems in emergency call 110/112.
