The construction and reconstruction of residential buildings in 1951 was representative of the reconstruction of our entire economy. Immediately after the end of the war countless streets with dwellings in rubble and ashes were located throughout Austria, so the picture had already changed considerably in 1951. A number of residential complexes had been created, which slowly returned the image of normality to a more modern character in Austrian cities. On the brand image a construction worker can be seen at work. Through the not yet closed window opening you can see the top part of a ladder frame, which belongs to another component and suggests that the construction has already reached considerable height.
