The last value of this special stamp series shows as a trademark motif the building of the Protestant school at Karlsplatz. The reconstruction after the destruction in the Second World War began on 14 March 1951. At the time of issue of this special stamp series, the first of four stages of construction was already completed. However, intensive reconstruction efforts were necessary to continue the reconstruction work. This should also support the addition of this brand series. The reconstruction of the Protestant school at Karlsplatz in Vienna was not only a matter for the Protestant Church of Vienna, not even for the Protestant Church of Austria. It was about a total Austrian concern. For Vienna it was the preservation of an important architectural monument, for Austria it was about the resurrection of a stone symbol of the equal rights of the two major Christian confessions, which found its first legal basis in the Protestant patent of Emperor Franz Joseph I of 1861.
