On March 1, 1971, the new Highway Code came into force. It has aligned our traffic rules with international rules. After on the published on 18 February 1971 first four values of the series traffic signs are shown on the other four values traffic situations. Vehicles must drive as far to the right as possible. Deviation from this rule may be made if there are several lanes and the traffic density justifies it.
