The brand for the Life Ball 2005 shows the international top model Heidi Klum as a special surprise. Also in 2005, the big charity event "Life Ball" took place in Vienna's city hall. Since 1993, this event, which Gery Keszler has launched, takes place with a large media presence in order to raise funds for AIDS research. On the huge catwalk, which is set up in the shape of the red Aidsschleife on the square in front of the Vienna City Hall, top models will present the creations of famous international fashion designers on the occasion of the opening. The opening of the Life Ball and the big fashion show are not only reserved for the owners of the popular tickets, but are also open to all Viennese. More than 35,000 people visit the town hall square every year to experience the gigantic dazzling spectacle up close. The ensuing spectacular ball night inside the town hall offers the approximately 4,000 guests and celebrities who try to outdo in daring outfits, live performances by international stars, performances, dance floors, eclectic entertainment and, of course, epicurean delights. The halls and courtyards of the historic building are specially adapted for this ball. The artists, models and all other participants set a mark for humanity, tolerance and understanding. The brand for the Life Ball 2005 shows the international top model Heidi Klum as a special surprise. She was already active on the stage for the good cause during the Life Ball 2002. Born in Bergisch Gladbach, Heidi Klum's career began in 1992, when she won the televised model search "Model 92" on RTL, which attracted nearly 25,000 rivals, and won the coveted Model contract. She then opted for the difficult career as a model and managed not only through hard and consistent work to penetrate the world's top supermodels, she now also uses her internationally known name to market selected products that may bear their name. As already on the occasion of the first "Life Ball" brand in 2004, Österreichische Post AG donates in 2005 for a good cause.
