A particularly original idea will accompany the design of the next 10 special postage stamps for the respective "Stamp Day" until the magical year 2000. Two key terms of the postal system, namely "stamp" and "philately" will contribute one of their ten letters each year. The beginning of these pairs of letters made in 1991, the letters B and P. The philatelic philately was first used in 1865 and connects the ancient Greek word philos (friend) with Ateleia (toll-free). It indicates that the mark exempted the recipient from having to pay the courier service. Although the brand provisional introduced in 1850 carried the imprint "K.K. Post-Stempel", the small sticky note in Austria was already called from the introductory ordinance "stamp".
