The programs of the ORF children's program "Confetti TiVi" have a permanent place for children between 3 and 12 years. The range is huge: "Tom Turbo" (Thomas Brezina goes on a raid with the talking bike), "Helmi" (traffic safety), "Confetti News (world events from a child's perspective)," Miniversum "(animal broadcast)," Town Trophy " (an interactive game show where girls compete against boys), "Kids 4 Kids" and of course the confetti characters. The sightseer Mimi, who looks at us from the brand, has been a star of her own since April 2002 In "Mimi's Schnattershow," she explains the world to preschool children and answers their questions, "Why do flower bulbs come to life?" Is treated the same way as "Why can an airplane fly?" Mimi is assisted by Mr Mitterhuber, the Caretaker of Confetti Town, who must serve as a personal assistant and errand boy as well as for searches for the city goose. The figure Mimi was 23 years ago for the Hauff fairy tale "Dwarf nose" from the deceased a doll all-rounder Arminio Rothstein, known and loved as Clown Habakuk. Voice and character gives the street goose his wife Christine Rothstein, who has a lot of adventures with Mimi.
