Special postage stamp booklet for the international rose exhibition of the GDR 1972 For the international rose exhibition of the GDR 1972 the Ministry for post office and telecommunications of the German Democratic Republic issues a special postage stamp book with three multicolored special postage stamps (2nd special edition of the Michel number 1764, 1767, 1768 13.
