Leipzig Autumn Fair 1972 At the Leipzig Autumn Fair in 1972, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the German Democratic Republic issues two multicolored postage stamps. High quality products of the teaching material industry of the German Democratic Republic The industry exhibition "Interscola" takes place during the Leipzig Autumn Fair. The Interscola 1972 will offer teaching equipment, basic equipment, laboratory equipment, school and kindergarten furniture and general school supplies. These high-quality products of the teaching material industry of the GDR are shown for all educational areas in complete subject-specific classrooms, cabinets and laboratories as well as in product collective stands. 25-pfennig value PENTACON - AUDIOVISION This brand features the newly developed automatic ASPECTOMAT J 24 B small-format projector. This projector has been designed in such a way that the automatic display of image tapes and the combined image-sound reproduction are possible by appropriate additional devices. With the ASPECTOMAT J 24 B automatic image guide, image strips of perforated 35 mm film and a maximum length of 2 m can be projected. The advantage of these image tapes is that - the cost of production are much lower than when using framed individual slides - the image sequence is fixed - a space-saving storage is possible - existing educational films can be borrowed. The automatic combined image-sound reproduction as a form of audio vision requires "coupling with a tape recorder and a controller (synchronizer)." "The image change is controlled by a frequency recorded on the tape."
