Our language is full of images and ciphers that condense and concretise language. Especially the Christmas season is characterized by a condensed and pictorial language. The word "Christmas" replaces a wealth of words, with which we address not only a season, but rather a certain state of affairs, a longing or a feeling. There are also signs, signs, objects that tell in the imagery. This language is also used by this year's Christmas stamps. The two stamp motifs - "Nativity" and "Visit of the shepherds" - are published as Christmas stamps with a supplement in favor of the Free Welfare. The recipient of the aggregate proceeds is the Federal Association of Free Welfare e.V. in Bonn.
