The brand image of a nativity scene shows "The Holy Family", after the original Baroque nativity scenes created by the sculptor and woodcarver Josef Thaddaeus Stammel in the parish church of Kallwang and in the collegiate church of Admont in Styria. The two cribs were made in the period before 1750. Austria's sculpture of the 14th and the beginning of the 15th century is one of the greatest achievements of the Middle Ages. The works of the time are characterized by their closeness to nature, grace and monumentality. Nativity, too, was naturally subject to the same influences and the same development at that time. In 1590 the Minorites in Bruck an der Mur, in the Tyrolean Schwaz Franciscan, in Prague in 1562 and in Graz in 1579 Jesuits, who set up nativity scenes. The powerful wave of Catholic religiosity coming from the south from the interior restoration of the church was accompanied by the entry of southern forms into the sphere of art, and also supported a new art of nativity in our latitudes. The creator of the cribs, which served as a template for the brand image, spent many years at the expense of Admont Abbey in Italy to train. He thanked the monastery for decorating a variety of abbey buildings, especially under the art-loving Abbot Anton II.
