The block edition of the special postage stamp series »For Us Children« is dedicated this year to the theme: »As far as the feet carry.« It tells the story of little Manfred, who learns what feet in life have to endure: It is boring on the Baltic Sea beach , Manfred paints a yellow stick figure on his foot with finger paint and immediately thinks that it can only be called Fred. "Hey man, take your foot off the sun, or I'll go!" Was that about ... Fred? Yes, undoubtedly, the little yellow man speaks unasked and says that his feet cover several hundred thousand kilometers in the course of a lifetime. Over 50 joints provide extreme mobility and allow people to adapt to a wide variety of walking and running situations.
