On the stamp of this blue-green / blue stamp, one hand puts the ballot bearing the Carinthian coat of arms into the ballot box, the front visible area of which bears the inscription "10.11.1920 Carinthian referendum", while the right side panel is decorated with the Austrian coat of arms. The lettering "Republic of Austria", dark on lighter ground, forms as with the previous stamps of this series with a simple trim strip the conclusion downwards. The stamps of this series are all produced in two-color gravure printing and in portrait format. The designs are by the academic painter Alfred Chmielowski.
