A charity special in favor of the Red Cross and on the occasion of Henry Dunant's 125th birthday. The motif is a portrait of Henri Dunant (1828-1910). The Geneva-born philanthropist and writer became known as one of the authors of the Geneva Convention and founder of the Red Cross. In 1901 he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. Since November 20, 1947, the French currency was 1 Franc = 100 centimes on the Saarland stamps. the editorial board therefore records the nominal values of catalog numbers 226 to 378 in centimes.
