Exactly 200 years before this issue date Döbler was the son of a goldsmith from Schwäb. Gmünd and a Viennese woman in Vienna's suburb of Schottenfeld. He became an engraver, but soon earned his money as a sorcerer in secondary hunter line (Taborstraße). He quickly became known, as a 25-year-old, he received from the enthusiastic Emperor Franz black and white, great talent and exceptional craftsmanship confirmed. From 1831 he performed his arts in Germany and later throughout Europe. Wherever he went, the theaters were sold out for weeks. Döbler also used his knowledge for lectures in experimental physics and was an inventor. His moving light pictures made a special impression, one can view them as film forerunners without electric light. In 1840 he gave in the Vienna Josefstädter theater within 10 weeks 61 magic performances, all of which were sold out. Biedermeier ostriches, which he got in large quantities from a previously abused top hat and with a flattering verse his enthusiastic spectators zuwarf.Ab 1850 he was mayor of Eschenau (and Traisen), which was used on the first day as an occasion, there the mark on the day of issue showcase.
